      In the fields of modern industrial painting, printing, and chemical manufacturing, enterprises often face the challenge of treating high air volume and low concentration volatile organic compounds (VOCs) waste gas. If traditional regenerative combustion furnaces (RTOs) are directly used for processing, not only will the equipment be bulky, but it will also require a large amount of auxiliary fuels such as natural gas, resulting in high operating costs.       The core of this technology lies in the synergistic effect of "adsorption concentration+high-temperature oxidation". Firstly, the low concentration exhaust gas containing VOCs undergoes multi-stage pretreatment and filtration before entering the adsorption zone of the slowly rotating zeolite molecular sieve wheel. Zeolite materials have a large specific surface area and hydrophobicity, which can accurately capture and intercept organic pollutants in exhaust gas like a sponge absorbing water, enabling purified clean gases to be directly discharged in compliance with standards.
