In the fields of modern industrial painting, printing, and chemical manufacturing, enterprises often face the challenge of treating high air volume and low concentration volatile organic compounds (VOCs) waste gas. If traditional regenerative combustion furnaces (RTOs) are directly used for processing, not only will the equipment be bulky, but it will also require a large amount of auxiliary fuels such as natural gas, resulting in high operating costs. 該技術(shù)的核心在于“吸附濃縮+高溫氧化”的協(xié)同作用。首先，含VOCs的低濃度廢氣經(jīng)過多級(jí)預(yù)處理過濾后，進(jìn)入緩慢旋轉(zhuǎn)的沸石分子篩轉(zhuǎn)輪的吸附區(qū)。沸石材料具有極大的比表面積和疏水性，能夠像海綿吸水一樣精準(zhǔn)捕捉并攔截廢氣中的有機(jī)污染物，使凈化后的潔凈氣體直接達(dá)標(biāo)排放。隨著轉(zhuǎn)輪的持續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，吸附了污染物的區(qū)域會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)入脫附區(qū)，此時(shí)系統(tǒng)引入一小股200℃左右的高溫?zé)犸L(fēng)進(jìn)行反向吹掃，將VOCs從沸石中剝離出來(lái)，從而形成風(fēng)量?jī)H為原廢氣5%~10%，但濃度卻提升了10~30倍的高濃廢氣。

The core of this technology lies in the synergistic effect of "adsorption concentration+high-temperature oxidation". Firstly, the low concentration exhaust gas containing VOCs undergoes multi-stage pretreatment and filtration before entering the adsorption zone of the slowly rotating zeolite molecular sieve wheel. Zeolite materials have a large specific surface area and hydrophobicity, which can accurately capture and intercept organic pollutants in exhaust gas like a sponge absorbing water, enabling purified clean gases to be directly discharged in compliance with standards. As the rotor continues to operate, the area that adsorbs pollutants will shift into the desorption zone. At this time, the system introduces a small stream of high-temperature hot air at around 200 ℃ for reverse blowing, stripping VOCs from the zeolite and forming a highly concentrated exhaust gas with a wind volume of only 5% to 10% of the original exhaust gas, but with a concentration increased by 10 to 30 times.

隨后，這股高濃度小風(fēng)量的廢氣被送入RTO（蓄熱式熱氧化爐）中進(jìn)行徹底處理。在760℃至950℃的高溫環(huán)境下，有機(jī)物被完全氧化分解為無(wú)害的二氧化碳和水蒸氣。更為巧妙的是，RTO內(nèi)部的高效陶瓷蓄熱體能夠回收高達(dá)95%以上的熱能，這些回收的熱量被循環(huán)用于加熱脫附熱風(fēng)或廠區(qū)供暖，形成了一個(gè)完美的能量閉環(huán)。

Subsequently, this high concentration and low air volume exhaust gas is sent to the RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) for thorough treatment. At high temperatures ranging from 760 ℃ to 950 ℃, organic matter is completely oxidized and decomposed into harmless carbon dioxide and water vapor. Even more cleverly, the high-efficiency ceramic thermal storage body inside RTO can recover up to 95% of the heat energy, which is then recycled to heat desorption hot air or plant heating, forming a perfect energy loop.
