      一、活性炭催化燃燒

      揮發性有機廢氣(VOCs)經高效過濾器過濾后,進入蜂窩活性炭吸附模塊被吸附、濃縮,借助催化劑使有機廢氣在較低的起燃溫度條件下,發生無焰燃燒,并氧化分解為二氧化碳和水,從而達到凈化廢氣的目的。

      蓄熱式燃燒分解技術是在直接燃燒法的基礎上發展出來的新技術,通過燃燒天然氣在高溫下將有機廢氣氧化分解為二氧化碳和水,實現凈化處理。RTO設備內裝有陶瓷蓄熱體,能夠將燃燒廢氣時產生的熱量充分利用起來,且系統維護工作少,與直接燃燒法相比,大大降低了運行費用。由于節能效果明顯 ,RTO設備在有機廢氣治理中得到了廣泛應用。
